About Used Parts Depot
We launched Used Parts Depot in 2009. Starting with just one guy and a handful of forklift trucks in our northwest Michigan shop, today our depot has grown to serve forklift shops and technicians nationwide, with over 30,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and an expansive inventory of parts from over 500 forklifts.
All parts are stored indoors.

Same Day, Next Day
Most orders are shipped same-day or next-day from Greenville. We also drop-ship same/next day for our customers from vendors where we find the part they need.
30-day warranty
Our customers have peace of mind knowing that they have a 30-day warranty window to communicate a problem should it arise —regardless of the part.
Based on the situation, the guys here at UPD make every attempt to find a remedy and if we can’t, we issue a refund.
